Foundation

This session is a focus on the core foundations of the body. It’s a set up class designed for our beginners to get you started with confidence. The session is set at a slower pace to ensure you develop the understanding of the movement and feel why a reformer workout is so beneficial for your body.

Restore & Regain

Restore and Regain is the perfect follow on class if you are new to reformer and have completed our Foundation class OR if you are looking for a slower pace session with a focus on core and posture exercises. The session is also complimented with deeper stretching and breath work. It’s set to slower paced music with a mindfulness feel with mind body connection. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Total Body Tone

Get ready for a total body workout to make you feel alive! This program is designed around toning and strengthening all major body parts with the intention to keep you moving. The session will challenge you as you burn calories and sculpt your body.  The perfect workout to get you strong!

Fit Reformer

Our Fit Reformer style training is based around cardiovascular & sculpt training using the reformer machine. Be prepared to work on becoming fitter, faster and stronger. We invite you to take on the challenge of interval training to improve your fitness with an awesome core blast, finishing with a well deserved stretch.
This class is recommended for those who have reformer experience. Intermediate – Advanced

Abs, Butt & Thighs

The name says it all!! The focus for this session is on the most common requested body parts.  Shape, tone, tighten the abdominals, buttocks and thighs. Feel the burn as we go into more depth with these muscle groups to ensure we have not only targeted but also challenged you every step of the way.
