This was my first time trying pilates and now I am absolutely hooked! All the trainers at Vibe Pilates are very welcoming, approachable, and skilled at what they do. I always leave each pilates class
not only feeling like I've worked my muslces well (even muscles I didn't know I had), but I also leave the sessions feeling much more relaxed and calm. I have been doing pilates now for a couple of weeks, and I've already noticed I am getting leaner, more toned, more flexible and more mobile. I also love that a wide variety of people come to the classes, as all exercises can be tailored to any fitness level! I can honestly say that I am always excited to go to a Vibe Pilates class! Would highly recommend!
