We are a family of group fitness professionals who have expanded our expertise into the reformer pilates world.  We have discovered the importance of incorporating this discipline into weekly training for strong core body maintenance for everyday good health, living and wellbeing.

Vibe Pilates is a boutique pilates studio located in the heart of Brisbane. Our certified & highly experienced instructors will guide you through each class, providing modifications to suit your individual needs.

Our pilates classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to those with advanced Pilates experience. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness, or targeting a specific area such as core strength or flexibility, we have a reformer pilates class to suit you. Your new fitness obsession awaits!

Beginner Reformer Pilates Brisbane

If you’re new to reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with one of our Foundation classes. These classes are designed to introduce you to the basic principles of reformer Pilates, learn about the reformer machine and provide you with a foundation on which to build your practice.

Reformer Pilates Classes Brisbane

Once you’ve completed a foundation reformer class, you’ll be ready to join our regular reformer classes. These classes are group fitness & taken at a slightly faster pace, and incorporate more challenging exercises. However, our instructors will still provide modifications to suit your individual needs.

Reformer Pilates for Fitness

If you’re looking for a more challenging workout, our standard classes are for you. These classes incorporate advanced reformer exercises, and are designed to challenge even the most experienced reformer Pilates practitioners with a focus on fitness, flexibility and strength.

Whether you’re just getting started on your reformer Pilates journey, or you’re a seasoned practitioner, we welcome you to join us at Vibe Pilates Brisbane!

New to reformer pilates? No problem. All our classes are suited for beginners to the most advanced.

We welcome and encourage you to book in for an orientation session in our relaxing studio to prepare you for the awesomeness to come!

What to expect

There are no quick fixes. Hard work, consistency and dedication are the secrets to success.

Sessions run for 45 minutes, set to great tunes, inspiring motivating instructors in a fun, high energy uplifting environment. Let’s get you connected to your body as well as your mind!

Reformer Pilates Benefits

In the first 1 – 3 months benefits will include – feeling better, standing straighter and stronger, perhaps improving your sleep and maybe you’ll notice you have more energy. Some report brain fog is lifted and feeling mentally stronger. 

Subject to your goals we recommend training at a minimum 3 days per week.

Goals

In the 4 to 7 month stage, this is where the magic really starts to happen. You are on your way to creating the best version of you!

Staying true to your commitment has contributed to good health benefits, such as becoming more agile, flexible and a noticeable difference in strength as you complete everyday tasks. People start to recognize the change, your clothes fit better. It is now easier to stay committed as you have formed the movement habit. We generally see most who have stayed dedicated achieve goals at this stage.

Maintenance

We love the maintenance phase. 7-12 months. You have done the hard yards, worked through the challenges, stayed true to your commitment.  It’s time to reap the rewards!  You have crossed the bridge of no return, training has now become incorporated into your life. Feeling Fit and Fab is the new you! Finding time to take care of your health is now one of those “no matter what’s” done weekly

We all at times have those moments when you really are not feeling motivated to train. That’s where our team can assist with years of experience of motivating members, ensuring you will never regret a workout.

Sessions styles

Foundation

This session is a focus on the core foundations of the body. It’s a set up class designed for our beginners to get you started with confidence. The session is set at a slower pace to ensure you develop the understanding of the movement and feel why a reformer workout is so beneficial for your body.

Total Body Tone

Get ready for a total body workout to make you feel alive! This program is designed around toning and strengthening all major body parts with the intention to keep you moving. The session will challenge you as you burn calories and sculpt your body.  The perfect workout to get you strong!

Fit Reformer

Our Fit Reformer style training is based around cardiovascular & sculpt training using the reformer machine. Be prepared to work on becoming fitter, faster and stronger. We invite you to take on the challenge of interval training to improve your fitness with an awesome core blast, finishing with a well deserved stretch.
This class is recommended for those who have reformer experience. Intermediate – Advanced

Abs Butt and Thighs

The name says it all!! The focus for this session is on the most common requested body parts.  Shape, tone, tighten the abdominals, buttocks and thighs. Feel the burn as we go into more depth with these muscle groups to ensure we have not only targeted but also challenged you every step of the way.
