Reformer Pilates Classes for Beginners to Pros
Reformer Pilates is a reformer-based class that uses a variety of equipment to help you achieve your goals. The reformer is a resistance and spring-loaded device that can help you achieve better range of motion, improve your posture, and strengthen your muscles.
Foundation Reformer Pilates Class – If you’re new to reformer classes or coming back after a little break, we recommend taking our beginner’s class first. This will give you the chance to learn the basic movements and get comfortable using the equipment. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you can move on to our other classes.
The classes run for 45 minutes and are open to all levels. In all of our classes, if something doesn’t feel right for you, or if you need to adjust a movement, our amazing instructors will be on hand to offer alternatives for you.

Jamboree Heights REFORMER PILATES CLASSES
This session is a focus on the core foundations of the body. It’s a set up class designed for our beginners to get you started with confidence. The session is set at a slower pace to ensure you develop the understanding of the movement and feel why a reformer workout is so beneficial for your body.
Total Body Tone
Get ready for a total body workout to make you feel alive! This program is designed around toning and strengthening all major body parts with the intention to keep you moving. The session will challenge you as you burn calories and sculpt your body. The perfect workout to get you strong!
Our Fit Reformer style training is based around cardiovascular & sculpt training using the reformer machine. Be prepared to work on becoming fitter, faster and stronger. We invite you to take on the challenge of interval training to improve your fitness with an awesome core blast, finishing with a well deserved stretch.
This class is recommended for those who have reformer experience. Intermediate – Advanced
Abs Butt and Thighs
The name says it all!! The focus for this session is on the most common requested body parts. Shape, tone, tighten the abdominals, buttocks and thighs. Feel the burn as we go into more depth with these muscle groups to ensure we have not only targeted but also challenged you every step of the way.
